What's more beloved and iconic than the St. Louis, Missouri skyline? The Gateway Arch designed by Eero Saarinen is one of the most well-known landmarks in the USA due to its graceful parabola shape. I also wanted to capture "The Spirit of St. Louis," the famous airplane flown by Charles Lindbergh in 1927 on the first ever solo non-stop transatlantic flight from New York to Paris.
This painting is one of three, in my For the Love of St. Louis series. See the 2 last photos for how nicely it pairs with the rest of this series.
While the print doesn't have the physical texture of the original, this high-quality print shows the brush strokes and depth of color on a stretched, gallery-wrapped canvas. This piece will be produced on demand...made in the USA specifically for you...and will ship directly to you, ready to hang!
