How quickly will my order ship?
We make each giclee when it is ordered. We typically complete and ship giclees within 8-10 business days. Production and shipping times can vary, particularly during the busy holiday season.
We understand that the shipping charges are quite high, but it’s the current market cost. As a small business, we just can’t cover them. Buyer is responsible for all additional customs, fees, and taxes.
How can I track my order?
We will email you tracking details as soon as your order is headed your way.
Can I change my order?
We create each giclee on demand specifically for you based on your order details. Production begins immediately upon receipt of an order. While we can change certain things about orders such as shipping address, we cannot alter size, selections or framing options without costs associated with the change. Please be sure of your selections prior to placing an order.
Do you accept returns?
Unfortunately, no. Our art is not stored in a large warehouse. Rather, we create each piece of art on demand...and specifically for you! Since we don't store inventory, returns cannot be accepted. Please be certain of your size and color choices before you place an order, as all sales are final. We appreciate your understanding.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace defective or damaged items. If your product is damaged in shipping, please email us photos by filling out the Contact form on this website so we can begin the process of replacing your order. Thank you!
